Details: Finally fixing this once and for all, using the fix I made a
month or so ago to allow for customization to popup window sizes from
the laszlo-explorer nav.
Tests: Run laszlo-explorer in SWF and DHTML. Click Demos => LzPix =>
Launch in DHTML and => Launch in SWF. Popup should be the appropriate
size.
This should be the same in IE and FF.
