+ add option to LzHTTPDataProvider to pass optional custom server
proxy arguments.
   These are used to pass extra args which control the JAVARPC and 
SOAP protocols with the LPS server

+  add flag which inhibits parsing of XML data, to allow for
developers to implement non-XML
data requests
