In the amazon demo in swf9, when you click "add new address" there
are runtime errors that "onDocumentChange" , onerror , and ontimeout
are not defined on AnonDataset. LzDatapointer.setDataContext()
expects these fields to be around.
This declares these events.
Tests:
run amazon demo in swf9, click "add a new address" in the Checkout
tab, don't get runtime error in debug player.
