[Laszlo-dev] Missing formatting for Jira pages?

Is anyone else noticing JIRA pages coming up with bad formatting  
(strange fonts, etc.)?
Hit refresh/reload on an existing JIRA page to see.  Probably due to a  
couple of files not being found on the server:

  http://www.openlaszlo.org/jira/s/298/1/_/includes/js/combined-javascript.js
  http://www.openlaszlo.org/jira/s/298/1/_/styles/combined.css
It seems there's nothing that's preventing JIRA functions, but it  
looks crummy.
