Details: Changed the method from setYear() to setFullYear(),
which eliminates its complaint about the method setYear()
not existing that I fixed in a previous change (by having
it check for it before calling it) and fixes this issue
as well.
Tests: Run datepicker tests and examples in SWF8 and SWF9
(test/components/base/test-basedatepicker.lzx and
examples/components/datepicker_example.lzx); they
should now both operate the same, with the dates in
September from today onward all selectable, instead
of only today being selectable and no other days.
