The doc build is broken. Max, it looks like your change to mediastream and
rtmpconnection in lps/components/extensions/av. docs/srv/nav/toc.xml needs
to be updated.

After doing the following in trunk:

the build reported that it failed. However, when I did:
ant webapp.install
