Details: mediastream.lzx - Change copyright, add docs with example.
videoview.lzx - Add docs with example. Fix bug where a mediastream
that was already playing would not show up - exposed by the inline example!
rtmpconnection.lzx - Change copyright, add docs with example.
Default to debug=false to prevent extra debugger messages.
Tests: The doc build is now successful. See inline doc examples.
