I've used the same syntax in LzSelectionManager.lzs, too. So, why can I 
use it one file (LzSelectionManager), but not in another 
(LzDataSelectionManager)!?

     Fix an errant devnote that was not recognized as such by js2doc,
     causing the lzxname to be botched, and
     thus the docfile .html output file to be named incorrectly.

Tests:
     rebuilt doc successfully, noted the right file is being generated  
now
