You want to choose the version you need the fix for. In this case,
4.2.1 is probably the right one, unless you absolutely need it for the
upcoming 4.2.0.1 bugfix release.
Also, please be sure to add the revision you fixed the bug in to the
'Fixed in Change#' field,
