The debugger window is partly outside the canvas on a couple
more examples in this chapter, and many more throughout the
doc.
Wouldn't it be better to change the default y value of the debugger
window, like
debugger.y = canvas.height - debugger.height
so the debugger window shows up at the bottom of the canvas
by default?
