Summary: Move quick-index.xslt to docs/src so it it filtered properly

Details:
Moved the xslt to docs/src, added it to the update-version task so
that it gets the correct version information in a local build.
Renamed its output to index.html. (If we decide we don't need
index.jsp, we can just delete it.)
Updated the version information in all the filtered files to say:
OpenLaszlo @VERSIONID@ @RELEASE@ @BUILDID@ @BUILDDATE@
