Details: This change focuses/blurs the application when canvas.focus
is set. This makes focusing/tabbing between fields much more reliable.
Tests: See a recent build of webtop - tabbing between the username/
password fields works reliably on startup. Also see testcase from
LPP-8084 in DHTML.
