Since the deliverable has been pushed back, I think it is reasonable
to take this, despite the risk, and deal with any fallout.

One issue: Henry was seeing issues selecting/copying in the
component debugger, and issues with keyboard input. I don't think
we should integrate until those are fixed, and if we _are_ going to
integrate, obviously those fixes must be tracked (and taken) also --
they could have risk impact on production builds.
