I think we should take all of these, but I'm going to wait a day to
see if there are any contradicting opinions. Technically, these are
not QA/Beta bugs, but since the release schedule has slipped, I think
we can (and should) integrate them over.

People are closing bugs that they are fixing in trunk and marking
them as being fixed in 4.4.
4.4 was branched from trunk @ 13936
If you have checked in a change to trunk since then, it is _not_
fixed in 4.4, it is fixed in 4.5.
If your fix is intended for 4.4, you must propose integrating it
to 4.4, and if your proposal accepted, re-open it to me with a
comment requesting integration.
