Details:
lztest-node-options: Remove explicit `debug=true` which causes the
component debugger window to be loaded -- this is not needed for
lztest and just causes a lot of unnecessary warnings
dhtml/LzDebug: Remove unnecessary override
LzBootstrapDebugService: insert Rhino hook to capture debug
output, remove unneccesary override.

ant lztest, smokecheck on all platforms
