build.xml: Don't recurse translating enties -- we're just trying
to undo 1 level of quoting
mediastream, videoplayer: Remove line noise that was upsetting
the doc tool
rtmpconnection: How did svn let a file with conflicts get checked
in?!!?? Well having a zillion open-angles in an xml file tends to
upset xml tools, so I removed them. This also makes the doc tools
able to successfully generate the doc for rtmpconnection.
