The lz.Keys.onmousewheeldelta is still broadcast if you want to use it.

but when you moved the mousewheel all the scrollbars in the app moved.

Oh good - I'm glad you like that! I hope it doesn't cause problems
for folks who had manually written code to watch the mousewheel, but
this is one of those things that should have always been in place.
The feature can be disabled by setting the scrollbar.usemousewheel
attribute to false.
