Hmm, that looks like an error in apache tomcat, rather than the laszlo compiler.
I could suggest two things 1) Check which version of Java is installed in your system, perhaps updating to a newer one (or older one) might help? 2) It might be that the version of apache we're using has some incompatibility with Vista. In order to get running it might be necessary to download and install a different tomcat version in place of the one that is bundled into the installer.
