One more thing: I noticed extra metadata files for the .jars in
files.tar that probably shouldn't be there, e.g. ._apache-ant-1.7.1-bin.zip

Those new versions will allow me to make xpath queries to compute
release and id from svn version.

ant build still works for me after installing the new jars in
${HOME}/.ant/lib
