Do we know when this change was made? Was there a release note with the
check-in?
This was changed for LPP-8822 (r16011). The release notes for that
change do not cover the fact that lz.Delegate is now sealed.
Amy, we should be looking for release notes in the changes since 4.7 to ensure
they are all acceptable for 4.8 (since we did not initially plan a 4.8, it's
possible there are other changes like this that are API changes which should
not be introduced in a point release).
