[Laszlo-dev] drawview::__updateSize() private, should perhaps be protected?

Hello Laslovians,
Since drawview::__updateSize() is now declared private, it is no
longer possible to override the stroke() and fill() methods in
subclasses of drawview since they need to call __updateSize().  Seems
like this method should perhaps be declared protected instead?
