[Laszlo-dev] Should apps running in the dev console resize the browser window?

I don't think they should, but some recent change in trunk has made them do 
that.  It used to be that the demos only resized the browser window if you were 
running with &lzt=html, now they always resize, even in the dev console.  But 
of course, they don't fit when they are in the dev console, so there are 
scrollbars, and I'm pretty sure I didn't really want the browser window to 
shrink so that I can't see the dev console.
