Without a dedicated webmaster now for quite a while, the pages do rot. We try to keep the main pages (download, documentation, etc) current with release information. I'd love to have someone in the community take over the Contributors page. I'll work with them to get them credentials.
In general, we will be trying to update the openlaszlo.org site with more current information as the new components roll out in 5.0.. We aren't quite there, but this is on the list.
