Let's go with 'Create App' - we may expand this to cover more than just
widgets in the future...

As discussed, this is inaccurate. It should say:
"If the downloaded .zip file does not automatically expand, double-click
on it .zip file to extract the Widget, then double-click on the Widget to
install it in your dashboard."
Comments:
1) We should provide a way for passing an icon other than the standard
Laszlo icon.
