We already moved the install stuff to the Wiki, but we need to repeat small
parts
of that information, for example, in Chapter 4. Overview of OpenLaszlo
Application
Development.

At least, I think we do. I am trying to consolidate some stuff that appears
in multiple
places into one when I can. I'm working on the debug stuff right now, and
that
info appears in several places, all different. I came across the install
issues while
looking at this.
