As said in LPP-8894, change "window.eval" to "eval". This is only
required for Safari and Opera. Firefox and IE also work without that change.

I could swear it was working the other day when I sent Lou some debugger
examples.
I had to modify the swf evaluator to mirror its global values into
Debug.environment as part of the debug menu change (so the menu can offer to
inspect them), but I don't see how that could break things.
