[Laszlo-dev] Incremental checkbox has a mind of its own

Hi Tucker,

When I click the compile button on the developer console, the 
incremental checkbox becomes checked. If I click the compile button 
again, the query parameter 'incremental' is true. Is this expected 
behavior?
