I just noticed that the comment system works not only in trunk, but also in OL 4.2.0.4 and 4.9.0. It seems to me that comments (like JIRAs) should only be filed for trunk, and that we don't want bugs or comments on older OL versions.
I checked this because a new customer filed a comment, and it came to me for review. This is the first comment I've seen in some time, and I rejected it because it should have been a bug report (and part of it already existed as a bug report). In fact, I don't think I have seen an appropriate use of the comment system, and I would be happy to see it removed completely.
