LPP-9858 details:Microsoft fixed the parser bug in IE9, so the old IE workaround no longer works. Adding a second reference to the eot-file seems to work for IE9. Older IEs should still work (at least when running IE9 in IE7 or IE8 mode). Also added support for woff fonts and set woff as the pref erred font format.
