I've modified 
http://wiki.openlaszlo.org/SubversionBuildInstructions#Install_Tomcat to be 
more encouraging for other tomcat versions.  Ideally we should test some key 
platforms with either a stable Tomcat 6 or 7 and then upgrade the tomcat 
installer in the vendor directory.
