Thanks for the answers, I thought that most folks would be busy
preparing for Christmas and the holidays.

>From my side the agenda would be:

1) Find out how many committers and contributors are interested in
supporting the community effort.
With Tucker, Sarah, Sebastian and me, we'd have 4 committers. Max and
Henry might be available from time to time as well.

2) See if there is a possible future for OpenLaszlo independent of
Laszlo. Like Norman, I'm not convinced that there will be a future for
the project with the way Laszlo has (not been) handling things.
Without a commitment by anyone from the management (written form,
email or public announcement) I can only conclude that Laszlo has lost
interest in the OpenLaszlo brand. I'm not saying that they are giving
up on the technology, since they have to use it for Webtop. But I
doubt that they have the expertise in-house to maintain the platform
at the moment.

Reaching out to Laszlo: Agree with Norman, if other people want to do
that, please go ahead. I listed that since I believe that other
community members would see some value in doing that.

3) Who is using OpenLaszlo in which way (runtime targets and versions,
desktop or mobile)
My preference is to strengthen the DHTML runtime. Flash functionality
is there already, and it's relatively easy to extend existing
components with AS3. And I don't think there's a future for Flash.

4) Documenting how to upgrade to newer Flex versions
I'm currently working through upgrading the Flex compiler to the
latest version, 4.6. Laszlo doesn't have any useful documentation on
which files (Java, LZX apps, several Ant build scripts, shell scripts)
need to be modified for that. I'd like to create a document with
whoever is interested, so the community will be able to do Flex
compiler upgrades without having to rely on Laszlo.

5) DHTML runtime and IE
Since it's not sure if Laszlo will be capable of maintaining the DHTML
runtime (no support for IE 9, or the upcoming IE 10 release), it would
be good to discuss if there's enough drive behind the community to at
least maintain the DHTML runtime for IE.

6) OpenLaszlo foundation
Still the best option, in my eyes. Don't think that's going to happen
quickly, though. Would not want to waste time talking to Laszlo to try
to convince them.

7) Components
How are we going to deal with the fact that the new components have
not been released (no commercial and no free version)? Are we going to
continue hacking our own components? Or is there enough code to build
a community maintained OL component set? Using a combination of
mixins, CSS, and the improved view system within Trunk.

8) Mobile
How relevant is mobile deployment to the community? Is there interest
in integrating mobile deployment features into the platform.

That's all for now.
