A small bug in the documentation of LaszloCanvas.lzs$lzc
$set_fullscreen method. The method is marked as public and shows up in
the docs, should be set to private. The bug was introduced with

Tests:
Build the documentation and look at the reference guide page for
lz.Canvas

In the methods section you shouldn't see $lzc$set_fullscreen() listed.
