Summary: Don't discard inputtext events any more, now that reparenting
is not an issue.
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8378 lzedittext doesn't fire onvalue events in dhtml
unless mouse is over the textfield

Don't ignore text events. [Was needed for when input divs were
reparented. No longer applicable.]
