Details:
undefineds: Remove info output saying there will be a undefined
property warning (because there is not any more).
LzCSSStyleRule: Give up some flexibility to keep style instances
not dynamic and hard-code the FUNCTION_* properties here. They
are unlikely to change. The alternative is to make all these
instances dynamic, and slower...
LzNode: Noticed in passing: attributes with no matching style
and no fallback should get set to `void 0` (leaving them as `null`
was causing a failure in the CSS test suite).
