Details: lztest-view - Add test for LzView#isInFrontOf()
LzSprite.js - Round resource width/height. Skip noop cases for
sendBehind() and sendInFrontOf().
LzSprite.as - Round resource width/height.
LaszloView - Add isInFrontOf() API. Skip noop sendBehind() and
sendInFrontOf() calls.
Tests: lztest-view runs with fewer errors across runtimes.
