Summary: Make embed.lfc.dhtml() default usemastersprite option to false

Details: Set default usemastersprite option to false, so folks will need ot
enable it in lz.embed.dhtml().
Tests: HTML wrappers that don't explicitly set usemastersprite: true won't use
if. Webtop no longer attempts to use master sprites.
