Details: deployment-response - Document new 'lzwmode' query string arg.
embednew - Parse 'lzwmode' from the query string, allow it to override the
default value.
Tests: Load a swf app with lzwmode=transparent appended to the query string.
The underlying generated HTML for the SWF should show wmode="transparent" in
Firebug.
