Release Notes: rtmpconnection now has a connectionparams attribute which may be
set before calling connect() to pass arguments to the RTMP server.
Details: mediastream - Use rtmpconnection._doconnect() instead of built-in
method for callbacks in swf9.
rtmpconnection - Add connectionparams attribute, pass to
NetConnection.connect(). Add _doconnect() method that handles connecting to
the server.
