Respect the Compiler.REUSE_WORK_DIRECTORY flag, and if it is set, do
not erase the .as file tmp working directory, it is needed to link
against the main app and globals.
Tests:
lzc --runtime=swf10 test/snippets/import-class-and-view.lzx
should compile without error
