Details: LzKernelUtils - Update rect() to handle individual corner radii.
drawview.lzx - Update rect() to handle individual corner radii. Add _dirty
flag that tracks whether clear() is needed. Catch exceptions for invalid
colors in for gradients in DHTML.
Tests: test/drawing/drawing.lzx runs as before across runtimes and adds a black
rect with different corner sizes.
