New Features: LPP-8852 (Laszlo Explorer: Replace all "Launch Flash9"

Details:
We want to advertise Flash10 instead of Flash9, so I've added buttons
for Flash 10 (the fonts may not match exactly, but I don't think anyone
except graphic designer will notice it). And then changed all
cover-pages to use Flash 10 instead of Flash 9. Also changed references
to older OpenLaszlo versions, for example in documentation_cover.html.
utils.js:
- added entries for swf9 and swf10
Tests:
Recompile and open Laszlo Explorer, notice references to Flash 9 have
been replaced with references to Flash 10
