+ Do not erase the .swf output file in the tmp build dir from a previous run of
the flex compiler,
it seems to need it for incremental recompilation checks
Tests:
+ run lzc with --incremental mode for a swf9/10 app
+ touch a source .lzx file
+ rerun lzc --incremental, see that flex compiler runs in incremental mode
and prints out names of modified classes
