Details: LzSprite - Add resize2dcanvas quirk, set to true for IE> 8. When
resize2dcanvas is true, reset the height and width of the drawview after the
canvas callback.
app-console - Add include for excanvas.js, remove obsolete meta declaration.
html-response* - Remove obsolete meta declaration.
Tests: test/drawing/drawing.lzx?lzr=dhtml works in ie 7 and 8
