Details:
- changed the example for embedding to a <programlisting>, so it's
better readable than a simple <literal>
- changed example in section "Placing the LZX application in the HTML
page" to use start- and end-tag for <script>, because the short form
<script ... /> is not valid
- added valid defaults for width/height in lz.embed.{swf,dhtml} calls in
the same section (also see LPP-8964)
