I had to modify one of the Flex utilities, the Fcsh tool, and their ant
target rebuilds all those jar files
when I do that. Only two of them actually matter I think, but I wanted to
keep things in
sync with what is in our copy of the Flex source tree, so I updated them
all.

I keep a tar file of any of our locally modified flex files in the vendor/
directory. Thus far
the only modified file is the Fcsh.java tool, where I added the code to call
the lzc compiler from it.
