Details: Add warning for missing excanvas.js in IE DHTML.
Tests: Remove <!--[if IE]><script type="text/javascript"
src="/trunk2/lps/includes/excanvas.js"></script><![endif]--> from
WEB-INF/lps/templates/html-response.xslt and run any app in IE DHTML - you
should see a warning to add the include again.
