Details: I'm checking this in ahead of time to fix the trunk build.
lzx-autoincludes - Add new include used to include selectionamanger also.
Including directly in dataselectionmanager.lzx breaks the doc build for some
reason...
dataselectioninclude - Include selectionmanager for lzx-autoincludes.
dataselectionmanager - Remove include for selectionamanger.lzx which was
breaking the doc build.
Tests: Doc builds work for real this time! And, this still compiles:
