embed-body* - Place Flash and DHTML applications in a known div, since
late binding can cause them to end up at the bottom of the page in IE.
flash, embednew - Move VBScript generation code from flash.js to
embednew so it's written into the page immediately.
Tests: my-apps/copy-of-hello.lzx runs again in IE
