+ make sure LzKeys __allKeysUp clears it's own downKeys array and hash table
Tests:
1) Run test/hello.lzx with debugger enabled in DHTML, use command-tab to switch
in and out of browser several times.
2) verify that "enter" key still works in debugger, by typing "1" into the debugger and
hitting "Enter". You
should see the debugger eval and print back out the value.
note: reproducing this bug is a little tricky, you have to hit Command-tab a
half dozen times in rapid succession
to reproduce it, and sometimes repeat that a half-dozen times. So I'm pretty
sure the bug is fixed, but
not positive.
