Summary: Fix iframe positioning for <html/> component
Bugs Fixed: LPP-9320 - When resize view, the embed html component's position
can't be resized to correct position if the resize operation is fast

Overview: html - Avoid queueing lz.embed.iframemanager.setPosition() calls in
Flash. Add $once declaration to target default value. Add default arg to
__updatepos(), update calls.
pmrpc - Use console.error instead of throwing errors for IE 7.
embednew - Fix lz.embed.getAbsolutePosition() to use el.getBoundingClientRect()
where possible and deal with clientoffset errors in IE7.
Tests: See LPP-9320 in Flash and DHTML in all browsers, including IE 7, 8,
Firefox 3.6, Safari 4 and Opera 10.61.
